CENTRAL ADRIATIC TOUR
The route spans across 7 different islands and over 110 miles of spectacular Mediterranean bicycle tracks. The cruise is held on a Saturday-to-Saturday basis.
Day 1: Saturday/ ZADAR – KUKLJICA, ISLAND OF UGLJAN
The check-in starts at 12 PM and lasts until 5 PM and afterward, you`ll have enough time to make yourself at home and meet the other guests and crew with the traditional welcoming drink. Once on board, you can become acquainted with the crew and fellow passengers. There is the opportunity to explore the blossoming old city of Zadar.
This historical city was conquered at some point in time by almost all historical Mediterranean cultures, which has reflected in its architectural properties. In the afternoon or evening (when all the passengers have arrived) the gulet will set for the island of Ugljan. In the village Kukljica, we will moor and spend the night in the port or possibly at anchor if the weather permits it.
Day 2: Sunday/ ISLAND OF UGLJAN (30 km)
In Kukljica our cycling trip will take us towards Muline, leading mostly along remote paths with breathtaking views. In the distance, the island of Pasman is visible with its bridge over the Strait of Zdrelac.
The trip will take us along the Gospa Snjezna, which is the chapel of the Lady of the Snows. Also, in the south-west the Island of Dugi Otok interferes the horizon, the north parts of this Island contain some very deep caves man-dug into the mountainside. Accessible from the sea the caves were created to hide submarines and other naval warfare ships during the cold war.
Day 3: Monday/ ISLAND OF MOLAT-ISLAND OF IST (20 km)
Our destination is Molat, where you will enjoy a lengthy bike loop, exploring this island covered with maquis and pine forests. Molat has one of the most beautiful bays of Croatia and is far removed from usual tourism.
Our travel desert for the day is island of Ist. Island of Ist is an island particular for not possibility cars or even bike rides, which makes its nature perfectly preserved and is something that you absolutely have to experience. Since we’re leaving our bikes aboard this time, a hiking itinerary is planned. We will spend the night on this beautiful island of Ist.

From Island of Ist, the boat sets off for the island of Lošinj, where the cycling begins. Our first destination of the day is the ancient village of Veli Lošinj. From there, our route continues alongside the sea, through camps and island pine woods, to the city of Mali Lošinj.
The town is located on the sunny eastern side of the island and is one of the landmark locations in the Northern Adriatic region, extremely popular with tourists visiting all around the world. The 25km exploration of Lošinj ends as we cycle back to Veli Lošinj and relax until tomorrow.

Day 7: Friday/ ISLAND OF VIR – ZADAR (40 km)
From island of Vir we cycle across the bridge to the old town of Nin and a small place of Diklo, about 40km along the coast to Zadar. Zadar alone has about 20km of various cycling roads, offering a variety of landscapes and roads, ideal for casual cyclists and mountain bikers alike. Friday’s route is an excellent display of Zadar’s rich bicycle culture identity, showing why exactly is the Zadar region one of the heavily visited tourist destinations of the Mediterranean.

THE DIFFICULTY OF THE BIKE PATHS
It’s hard to determine the difficulty of the bike paths we’ll be crossing through this cruise, due to the variety of landscapes, sometimes unpredictable weather conditions and the overall shape of the group.
We’ll do our best to explain how demanding are the cycling tours on this cruise. Our daily routes are about 25-50 kilometres long, with path slopes that vary from 250-600 metres. Some of the cycling roads we’ll be passing through are steep and challenging.
This Bike and Boat cruise is ideal people who are recreational cyclists and bicycle enthusiasts.
During this cruise, we’ll have plenty of time to conquer each track as we discover the best bicycle paths in Croatia.
